2. Payment Policy

We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Return Policy

All products are carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
Please review your order details, including the product, size, delivery address, and contact information, before completing the payment.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only when a product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The issue must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery.
• A complete unboxing video recorded continuously from start to finish, without any cuts, pauses, or edits, is mandatory.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
• Size-related concerns
• Minor colour variations
• Personal preference
• Change of mind
• Natural fabric, weave, texture, or print variations
All eligible exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

6. Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to:
• Screen brightness and display settings
• Differences between mobile, tablet, and computer screens
• Photography lighting and editing
• Natural fabric and dye characteristics
Such minor colour variations will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Size Guide

Customers are advised to refer to the size chart provided on the product page before placing an order.
If you are between sizes or purchasing from us for the first time, we recommend choosing one size larger for a more comfortable fit.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for size-related concerns. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
The final amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, will be shown before the order is confirmed.

9. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after:
• Successful payment has been received; and
• The order has been acknowledged by our team.
Placing an item in the shopping cart does not reserve the product or confirm the order.

10. Handmade and Fabric Variations

Many of our products are crafted using traditional weaving, handloom, hand-printing, or other artisanal techniques.
Minor variations in weave, print placement, texture, thread, pattern, or colour are natural characteristics of handcrafted and traditional fabrics. These variations make each product unique and should not be considered defects.
Such natural variations are not eligible for return or exchange.
